I had a situation yesterday where one girl was so rude and unprofessional she tried to sit there and accuse me of picking up a dog “when I didn’t “ and came up to me cussing me out in front of the whole store. Also every girl in there was standing together pointing and talking before she ever came up to me. I had my little sister and my niece with me and had to see the whole thing with yelling cussing and just over all rudeness. I will be going to talk to a manager today about the whole situation and hope that she will pull up camera footage so in case she lied about the situation they will know the truth.

I hate this store. The ONLY reason I went there is because they had the duck wings my dogs love. Well, not any more. But, that's alright. It gives me an excuse to go get my Whippets and Rat Terrier and go to Florida and enjoy an over night trip. The reason I used to HATE shopping at PetLand is because the sell puppies who come from the Amish, the meanest, most disheartening people when it comes to animals. These puppies are literally raised in wire rabbit type enclosures, the breeding dogs have never been out of these enclosures, their paws have never touched grass or ground of any type. PetLand purchases these puppies on contract from the Amish and sells them for extreme prices. There was a lady there who was in the process of purchasing a Pomeranian puppy. She was on the phone telling someone about it and that it's a well bred dog and she paid $8,500, YES $8,500 for this sickly looking puppy who needed to see a vet ASAP and a groomer to demat it's coat. The puppy wasn't even wagging it's tail or acting happy in any way. It needs to be against the law for pet stores to sell puppies, kittens, small animals such as rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, Chinchillas, gerbils, etc. Pet store

I was disappointed by the inconsistent level of customer service provided. Assistance was not readily available, requiring customers to search for staff members, and several interactions came across as rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will not be spending my money here again and will definitely consider competitors in the future.
